Working in construction for 25 years, Sandra has done it all from working in a cabinet shop, to estimating million dollar projects to successfully running one of the most competitive General Contracting companies in Boulder County. In 1997 she started Blue Spruce and has been named one of the Top Women Owned Businesses in Colorado, in the Top 25 Boulder County General Contractors and in the Top 250 Private Companies in the State of Colorado ever since. Sandra’s thorough cost estimates, excellent communication skills, industry knowledge and lasting relationships with her clients, the building department, sub contractors and employees are her keys to success.

Meredith pilots the office at Blue Spruce bringing over 12 years of corporate experience. Ms. Searcy also runs the speculative home arm of Blue Spruce Design & Construction identifying building opportunities then designing and facilitating the construction of luxury homes in Boulder County.

Glenn Mason brings over 27 years of construction experience to Blue Spruce. Mr. Mason is a technical problem solver and has built a reputation on running quality projects that come in on time and within budget. From mixed-use projects to hay bale construction, banks, and schools, Glenn is known for effectively working with the client, architect and the sub contractors to complete his projects.

Gina has been in the construction business for 15 years running the gamut from custom home building to managing multi-million dollar apartment renovations. Ms. Drumright is the “glue” of Blue Spruce, interfacing between the job sites and the office, closely monitoring schedules and budgets.

Clay grew up in the business helping his father and brother run residential projects. Now at Blue Spruce he is responsible for being the man on the job, working closely with the homeowner, sub contractors and Gina to make sure the project is a great success.

Gerald has been with Blue Spruce since it’s inception and is capable of running or doing any phase of the construction process. With an eye for detail and the skills to complete any aspect of residential or commercial work, Gerald comes in at the end of the job to ensure every loose end is tied.

Leo is our newest addition. He ensures our job sites are kept safe and clean and he is also an amazing carpenter.
